Located on the 3rd floor of the residence, with elevator, it benefits from a very pleasant living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The dining area with its large table will allow you to share friendly moments with friends or family. Three bedrooms are at your disposal.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
- Entrance hall with cupboard, open kitchen, living room with access to the large balcony, sofa, 1 master bedroom with shower cubicle and WC, storage. 1 double bedroom, storage. 1 twin bedroom, storage. 1 shower room, with large walk-in shower, towel dryer. 1 separate WC. Ski locker in the residence with boot dryer (located on level 1). Non-smoking apartment / pets not allowed.
The rental price includes: beds made, bathroom linen (2 towels per person, 1 bath mat in each bathroom), 2 kitchen towels, a cleaning kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes) and 1 covered parking space.
