Brand new appartement in Morel

This brand new 104m² apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the 2nd floor, the Etania 202 apartment is particularly bright! Its living room has large bay windows with terraces facing South-West and North-West. The mountain view is unobstructed and offers superb perspectives from the living room.
Access to the slopes is easy, with only a short flat walk of 150 meters. The return is via the same place (via the Route de la Renarde). The apartment is located in the Morel district where you will find essential amenities (ski shop at the bottom of the residence, restaurants, supermarket on the other side of the road).
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as a raclette grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, kettle etc.
The apartment has a double bedroom with its en-suite shower room. A second, more spacious double bedroom has a full bathroom: bath, shower, double sink and WC. Finally, one bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed. This room has a bathroom with bathtub, sink and WC. This same room opens onto a cabin with a single bed (closed and with a beautiful view through its window, like all the other bedroom). There are separate WCs in the entrance to the apartment.
You will also find a ski locker and an indoor parking space for your car.
